What is Polarity?
Polarity is done fully clothed and includes massage, releasing energy points and some work off the physical body. Polarity works on a physical, mental and emotional level to release old patterns that no longer support you. What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word that means universal life force energy. It is a spiritual healing practice that can help us return to balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It is not religious and is not connected to any form of religion. It is available to anyone or any living thing. A Reiki practitioner is attuned by a Reiki Master which connects her with her higher self and source energy. A practitioner can then offer this healing energy wherever she feels inspired to do so.
What is Heart Lotus Evolution?

Yes. With special care for your comfort and safety, this massage gives you a little relaxation. Clients report less hip pain, less leg cramping, less arm numbness and less back pain.
What is cranialsacral?

I have cancer. Should I receive a massage?
Yes. Special training makes sure this massage helps without hurting. After all the biopsies, surgeries, chemo and radiation, clients can once again experience their body in a positive way. A thorough intake allows this to be a safe and healing experience. The initial session will take about 75 minutes to accommodate your medical history. Clients report that this conscious, gentle touch brings a sense of relief and peace. Home sessions are also available. Please let us know if you have cancer or have had cancer when you book your appointment. A doctor's written permission may be needed to make this a safe and beneficial experience for you.
